Agreed Surveyor

We offer a competitive fixed fee service to prepare party wall awards as Agreed Surveyor. This is an ideal route for simple building projects and where both parties agree to use one.

We can generally complete awards very quickly for urgent projects. This route saves on costs and is useful way forward on smaller typical domestic building projects. It is important to note, the Agreed Surveyor’s role is impartial with a duty to the Act, hence there is no client relationship with the parties. The jurisdiction and remit is only in relation to the notifiable aspect of the works and not the general building works, In addition, there is no Third Surveyor option for the parties to go when going down the Agreed Surveyor route, so it is prudent to choose an experienced qualified surveyor.
